Longhu Mountain is one of the birthplaces and activity centers of Taoism in China, and it is also a site of ancient cliff tombs with a long history.
Taoism is a native religion in China. It was founded by the first generation of Shi Tian Zhang Daoling. It was originally called "the five bad luck of rice". Zhang Daoling went from Sichuan to Longhu Mountain to refine the elixir for nine days and founded Taoism. Longhu Mountain has also become the birthplace of Taoism in China, enjoying the reputation of "the first Taoist mountain in China". Taoism thus entered the historical stage of China. During the Song, Yuan and Ming Dynasties, Zhang Daoling was awarded a prize, and Longhu Mountain led Taoism in the south of the Yangtze River and became the center of the spread and development of Taoism in China. The outstanding aspect of the Shi Tian family's generations of attacks, together with the Confucius family, was valued by the imperial court, so it was called "opening south to north".
