Lizhai is away from Dongyang City 10 km. Now there are more than 3600 households in the village 1250. This village is dominated by Li. According to legend, Chen Liu of Li You moved to Jiande, Zhejiang in the Five Dynasties, and moved to Dongyang in 1 127. Li Yi 'an Chu Shi 1426 settled in Lizhai. From then on, Li began to thrive in Lizhai. Lizhai has a long history, talented people and profound cultural accumulation. 1995 was listed as a "historical and cultural village" by Dongyang City. The existing ancient buildings in Lizhai include Huatai Gate, Wenchang Pavilion, Li Ancestral Hall, Ming Dynasty dwellings, etc ... In addition, there are Yuetang (Zen Hall) and cobblestone ancient streets. The ancient building of Lizhai, except 10 Ming Dynasty dwellings (3 existing ones), all the other ancient buildings have records of stone carving construction and reconstruction.
One of the wonders: the unique flower terrace door of the gatehouse building. When I came to the old village of Lizhai, I saw the abrupt and exquisite flower terrace door. Huatai Gate is one of the three gates of Lizhai (the other two are Lion Terrace Gate, with the inscription. ) was built in the second year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty (AD 1427) and rebuilt in the third year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (AD 1864). Above the flower terrace door, there is a plaque of "loyalty and filial piety". It is said that this plaque is to commemorate Jing Biao's ancestors Li Chengzhi, Li Datong, Li Guandao and Li Youpeng. Huatai Gate was selected into Zhejiang Architectural Album for its unique gatehouse architecture.
Spectacle 2: There are many tall stone pillars in Lee's Grand Ancestral Hall. Lee's Grand Ancestral Hall was built because of the topography, with the front low and the back high. There are four entrances before and after the original, and there are three entrances, namely the gatehouse, the front hall and the back hall, covering an area of nearly 3,000 square meters. There are wings and corridors on both sides of the main hall, which are connected by the main hall and the patio. Ancestral hall, Shangshufang and Yuetang are on the same central axis. Standing on the eaves of the back hall, you can see the front hall, gatehouse, Shangshufang and Yuetang. According to a survey by a professor of Zhejiang University, the structure, layout and scale of Li Da Ancestral Hall are rare in Zhejiang Province.
Walking into the front hall and back hall of Lee's Grand Ancestral Hall, the number of stone pillars is amazing. We carefully counted the 26 pillars in the front hall, all folded by one person, 4 pillars in the back hall and 32 pillars in the back hall. At the request of the reporter, an old comrade in charge of managing the ancestral temple deliberately measured it with a ruler. The stone pillar is 7 meters high and the rest is more than 6 meters. According to relevant sources, there are only more than 40 stone pillars in a ancestral hall, and 62 stone pillars like Lee's Grand Ancestral Hall are rare. Also, why the stone pillars in the front hall and the hall are round, while the stone pillars in the back hall are square, which is not recorded and becomes a mystery.
The third wonder: the rare seven-bay gatehouse and the hall with many "lotus fights" have seven gatehouses in the Lee Grand Ancestral Hall. According to relevant sources, ancestral temples are generally three rooms, with few five rooms and even fewer seven rooms.
There are 14 rooms on the gatehouse, hall and both sides of the hall, which are divided into two lanes, with a total of 56 rooms, which can be described as grand. Surprisingly, all the beams and columns in the front hall were given a bucket, which looked like a lotus, commonly known as the "lotus bucket", with more than 50. According to reports, in ancient buildings, it is very rare that all beams and columns are equipped with "lotus bucket". The "Lotus Dou" woodcarving in Lee's Grand Ancestral Hall is a must, with skillful knives, simple and vivid lines and lively lotus patterns.
In addition to the above, there are 10 typical residential buildings in the Ming Dynasty, all of which are "thirteen heads". According to legend, Li's 65,438+00 brothers, in their heyday, lived in benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom, faithfulness, tolerance, sincerity, sensitivity and benefit. Due to the long time, wind and rain erosion and fire, only three buildings are left.
Not long ago, Weng, an expert and senior engineer from the expert committee of famous historical and cultural cities in Zhejiang Province, and Professor Liu Zheng Palace from Zhejiang University visited Lizhai, and thought that the ancient buildings in Lizhai in Ming and Qing Dynasties had high cultural value.
