Before this exam, I spent a lot of energy in classes 4, 6 and 8, and the results were not satisfactory. I didn't complete the task set by the school. Class 5 never worked extra hard, but I still got the first place in the whole grade. Classes 7 and 9 achieved excellent results and successfully completed their tasks. Judging from the students' answers, the correct rate of multiple-choice questions is high, the scoring rate of material questions is low, there are many exam mistakes, and they can't answer questions.
First, students:
1. The basic knowledge is not skilled, and the flexible use of knowledge cannot be realized.
2. Some students have incorrect attitudes. Don't pay attention to, or think that history is easy to learn, but it is just a kind of rote learning, even if it falls behind, it can catch up quickly.
3. Lack of ability to solve problems. How to find the best item from the four options and improve the correct rate; How to examine the questions well and answer them closely; How to arrange papers reasonably, score as many as possible and so on.
4. Individual students don't listen carefully, and knowledge points are omitted.
5. Students have poor self-study ability and are slaves. They are unwilling to work hard and have poor initiative, which is the main reason for their unsatisfactory grades.
Second, teachers and other aspects.
1. Due to the limitation of class hours and content and heavy tasks, students review after class. As a result, students can't understand the whole paragraph systematically, which affects the mastery of teaching materials.
2. Insufficient supervision and inspection, resulting in students being unfamiliar with knowledge and unable to use knowledge flexibly.
3. Courseware used in teaching is rich in content and wide in knowledge, and students know a wide range of knowledge, but sometimes it takes too long, so it should be adjusted appropriately in class.
4. The tight time before the mid-term exam, too much content and too little review time is also a reason for the poor exam results.
5. The learning atmosphere in the class is different, and students pay different attention to it.
6. The test papers are difficult, and they are all situational multiple-choice materials. Individual students can't understand the meaning of the question and can't grasp the key words and sentences.
Three. Future measures:
1, further improve classroom efficiency, and take timely feedback spot checks. Change teaching methods, review and spot check. After verification, I repeat every knowledge point, then let the students remember it and check it again; Doing so can not only concentrate students' attention, further firmly grasp knowledge, mobilize students' initiative, and activate students' thinking, and the classroom effect is very good.
2. Strengthen the consolidation of after-class memory, mobilize the enthusiasm of class representatives, give full play to the role of group leaders, establish a knowledge inspection management network, and truly master and apply knowledge flexibly.
3. In the usual teaching, we can pay attention to the training of students' answering methods. For multiple-choice questions, teach students how to grasp keywords, of course, the premise is proficiency. Material questions teach students how to answer questions according to materials and how to answer questions according to what they have learned. At the same time, let the answers be standardized and orderly. Mastering knowledge and answering methods in doing problems.
4. Prepare lessons carefully, select knowledge, do a good job in courseware of each lesson, make full use of whiteboard teaching, increase knowledge capacity and expand students' knowledge.
5. Pay attention to training and make-up work. In addition to paying attention to students with excellent grades, we should also pay attention to helping students with poor grades. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of students with poor academic performance, implement the inspection of homework and knowledge points, and deal with their problems in time, such as perfunctory homework and serious plagiarism.
In the future teaching, we should strive to improve the inertia in our work, learn from others with an open mind, sum up experience and learn lessons, and believe that our efforts will always yield results.
