Gan' an County belongs to Songyuan City, Jilin Province, and is located at east longitude12321'12422' 50 "and north latitude 44 37' 47"-4518' 08 ". It borders the former Guoerluosi Mongolian Autonomous County, Changling County, Tongyu County and Da 'an City.

Gan 'an County is also the only county in China that uses thousands of characters to select village names in turn, forming a unique and unique humanistic place name and zoning landscape in China, which is known as the "well-shaped square".
