1, organization mode

Under the leadership of the municipal recruitment leading group, the enrollment of ordinary high schools is subject to online long-distance admission. Among them, the six districts of the city are organized and implemented in a unified manner, and the five districts, two counties and two districts are organized and implemented. The enrollment of senior high school students under the jurisdiction of each development zone is carried out according to the original administrative region, and the Education Bureau of the development zone participates in the organization. The enrollment of senior high schools under the jurisdiction of Xixian New Area (formerly Xi City Division) was conducted with weiyang district, Chang 'an District and Eyi District, and Xixian New Area Education and Sports Bureau participated in the organization.

The professional test of sports art specialty students is organized by the municipal recruitment leading group. According to the "Work Plan for Recruiting Sports Art Students in Xi Ordinary High Schools in 2023" (issued separately), the Municipal Education Examination Center is responsible for the specific implementation; Candidates who have passed the professional test and reached an enrollment intention with the applying school will be selected according to their wishes.

2. Admission principles and basis

High school enrollment adheres to the principle of multiple evaluation and merit-based admission, and effectively changes the practice of taking the simple addition of scores as the high school enrollment standard.

School enrollment in senior high school is based on comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level examination results (including subject examination, physical education and health examination, physical and chemical experiment operation and information technology computer operation examination results), school enrollment plan and candidates' voluntary behavior. Scoring subjects for high school enrollment in 2023: Chinese, mathematics, English (including listening), physical education and health, physics, chemistry, morality and rule of law, history and other 8 subjects.

3. Basic conditions for admission to ordinary high schools

Candidates with comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level test scores above C level (including C level) are eligible for admission to ordinary high schools. Only when any two of the five dimensions of comprehensive quality evaluation reach Grade B or above, and at least two subjects in the examination results of physical and chemical experimental operation and information technology subject operation reach Grade B or above, can they qualify for admission to provincial and municipal demonstration high schools.
