Yang Yongqing Yang Yongqing (1886- 1950), a native of Zhijiang, Hunan Province, was born as a gangster. He used to be the brigade commander of Xiang Army 1 Division Major General 17, the brigade commander of the National Revolutionary Army and the commander of Lieutenant General. 1928 was downsized and changed to Major General Brigadier. He left his post and returned to his hometown because of his lower position.

Back at home, Yang Yongqing has a place to play. He founded the "Chu-Han Palace" and became the largest gangster organization in western Hunan. He was appointed as the leading uncle, and Pan Zhuangfei and Yang Chunpu were appointed as the deputy leading uncles.

Chu-Han Palace forced the masses to join the partnership by force, demanding that they must pay for their guns. If anyone resists, he orders Zeng Xixi, the killer who specializes in execution in the gang, to take someone to kill him. Therefore, the Chu-Han Palace has made great progress.

1930, Yang Yongqing served as the chairman of the joint police association of counties in the upper reaches of Xiangxi, and 1935 served as the commander-in-chief of the joint defense bandits in seven counties of Xiangxi appeasement office. After the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Yang Yongqing served as the temporary 13 brigade commander of the 70th Army and the major general of the Hunan People's Anti-Japanese Self-Defense Corps.

It can be seen that Yang Yongqing is a powerful figure among bandits in western Hunan. He holds many posts, is also an official and a bandit, and also helps the army.

At this time, Yang Yongqing, commander of Xiangxi column and commander of Zhijiang police, wanted to give it a try and ordered his men to raise money to buy guns, determined to fight the People's Liberation Army in World War I. ..

In order to stop the PLA from advancing, they took measures such as disrupting traffic and blow up bridges. At the same time, they burned and looted in liberated rural areas, killed farmers' associations and snatched five or six thousand cows.

After the People's Liberation Army occupied Zhijiang County, Yang Yongqing organized a counterattack, contacted bandits from all walks of life and fought a decisive battle with the People's Liberation Army. The so-called "chicken coop plan" was also formulated in an attempt to introduce the PLA into the encirclement they set up.

1950 In the spring, four regiments of the People's Liberation Army surrounded a large group of bandits headed by Yang Yongqing in Mayang area. After fierce fighting, more than 600 bandits were killed, wounded and captured. But Yang Yongqing and other important gangsters took the opportunity to escape.

In order to annihilate the remaining bandits, the People's Liberation Army and the local people carried out a large-scale search, adopted a dragnet search, narrowed the hiding range of bandits, and captured some remaining bandits.

Yang Yongqing and her adopted daughter Huang Yujiao hid in the ancient tomb of the barren mountain for several days. When they see it, they will be caught and have to pretend to escape. Yang Yongqing disguised herself as a bride and Huang Yujiao as a matchmaker. 1October 20th 1950, 165438+ was captured by the PLA.

The other gangsters didn't escape. Yao Dabang pretended to be a farmer and was arrested.
