Accompanied by this, the research on the revision of marriage and family law in the legal circle began in the late 1980s and reached a consensus in the mid-1990s. So far, it has been put on the legislative agenda, and the "expert draft" has been initially completed and is under discussion.
Scholars who participate in this cross-century important legislative research activity should feel a heavy academic and historical responsibility.
Therefore, the author puts forward five rough ideas on the macro-positioning of China's marriage and family law, with a view to promoting and deepening it by academic colleagues and bringing it into the construction of specific legal systems.
