Bingji, a native of Lu in Han Dynasty, was named Hou of Bo Yang. When Bingji was prime minister, he went out one day and met a fighter on the road, killing and injuring others on the road. As prime minister, Bingji didn't ask at all. His entourage scolded him. Bingji walked forward and saw someone driving a cow. The cow opened its mouth and stuck out its tongue, panting. Bingji quickly stopped and ordered the rider to ask: How many miles has this cow traveled? The entourage said, "Premier, you turn a blind eye when people are dead, and the cow just breathes, but you pay attention. You really turned your attention upside down! " Someone used these two things to laugh at Bingji. Bingji replied: "It is the duty of the capital Chang 'an or the local governor to kill each other. How to prohibit, guard against and catch bad guys? At the end of the year, the prime minister will assess their achievements and ask the emperor to reward and punish them.
The prime minister doesn't have to deal with such a small matter himself, so he shouldn't rush it on the road. In spring, the sunshine is not strong. I'm afraid the cows have only walked a short distance because they are out of breath because of the heat. Is this an abnormal climate that is harmful to cattle? As the prime minister, his duty is to manage the major policies of the country, and whether the weather is favorable or not is related to the life of the people all over the country. So of course I have to ask. Hearing this, the followers knew that Bingji was a man who knew everything, and finally agreed with Bingji's behavior. There is a piece of vilen in the painting. Among the smoky mountains and trees, Bingji points out the maze, and the farmer stands beside the cow and answers, which is different from the records in the history books above. In the painting, it was changed to Bingji's personal question and answer, which made the story more intimate.
