Historical allusions of "three in and three out"
The historical allusion of "three entrances and three exits" usually refers to the heroic performance of Zhao Yun, a famous Shu-Han player in the Battle of Changbanpo during the Three Kingdoms period.

In this battle, Zhao Yun rushed into Cao Jun's array many times and retreated many times, describing him as unusually brave on the battlefield and entering and leaving like nobody's business. In this allusion, "three in and three out" refers to Zhao Yun rushing into the enemy's line three times and fighting out from the enemy's line three times. Zhao Yun was very brave and killed countless enemies of different levels. Later, Liu Bei was protected and the encirclement was highlighted.

The Battle of Hanzhong was initiated by Liu Bei in the 22nd year of Jian 'an (2 17) and ended in May of the 24th year of Jian 'an. The war lasted nearly two years. This includes many small-scale battles. For example, Zhang Fei and Ma Chao were defeated by Cao Xiu in 2 18, and Huang Zhong defeated Xia in Dingjun Mountain in 2 19/month. Although Xia was beheaded, in March of February19, Cao Cao personally led the army to compete for Hanzhong.

Facing the army led by Cao Cao, Liu Bei chose the strategy of gathering people, refusing danger and not fighting. At the same time, both sides want to cut off each other's grain transportation route because their transportation line is very long. Cao Cao ordered Cao Zhen and Yang Ping to go to the village, and Liu Bei ordered Zhao Yun and Huang Zhong to guard the north of the mountain and wait for an opportunity to cut off food. ..
