Wei (1902 ~ 1952 April), male, Han nationality, formerly known as Wei Yuangui, was born in Weijiaba, Qingmuchuan, ningqiang county City, Shaanxi Province. A few years later, he joined the local militia, and served as the general manager, district head, self-defense captain, ningqiang county independent self-defense captain, Ningxi people's self-defense captain, and deputy director of Fangban in 9 counties of Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu.
