The cultural relics of Yancheng Museum include carved pottery pots in Neolithic Age, lotus petal eight-series pots in Sui Dynasty and cut iron plates in Song and Yuan Dynasties.

The iron pieces of Song and Yuan Dynasties collected by Yancheng Museum were unearthed on a sunken ship in Chen Tao Town, Binhai County, Yancheng City, dating from the Song and Yuan Dynasties. A total of 22 pieces were unearthed from this sunken ship, which is very rare.
