1. Dashuiqiao Reservoir is located 2km east of xuwen county, in the middle and lower reaches of Dashuiqiao River, with a rainwater collection area of196km2. The original design has a total storage capacity of 92.2 million cubic meters and is a medium-sized reservoir. Later, it was expanded twice and became a sophomore reservoir.

2. Dashuiqiao Reservoir in xuwen county is a construction project proposed by Zhanjiang Subtropical Resources Development Committee in 1956 river planning. 1957 was included in the provincial key water conservancy infrastructure plan, and the project was surveyed and designed by the provincial water resources department and the Guangzhou Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources.
