What I want to say today is something that bloody people in China should not forget. What a shame! The thing is, 1938 The year after the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, it was April 22nd of that year, in Ganzi Village, Hongyou, Guyang County. The Japanese invaded Inner Mongolia, and the Northeast Army marched, and a bloody battle broke out here. In order to cover the retreat of his colleagues, a general China led the Japanese army to fight alone and finally committed suicide. Then the Japanese army cut off his head, washed it in a wooden box and sent it to Japan for exhibition, which has not been returned yet. ...
The general who died heroically was a martyr of Liu Guiwu. Born in 1902, Chaoyang, Liaoning. He was good at riding and shooting since he was a child. After joining the army, he served as platoon leader, company commander and head of the regiment. After Japan occupied the three northeastern provinces, it was filled with indignation and volunteered to fight. Strictly train soldiers in peacetime, share weal and woe with soldiers, educate officers and men not to forget national humiliation, and fight against the Japanese army at any time.
On February 4th, 1936, 1936, Chiang Kai-shek flew to Xi 'an, forcing Zhang Xueliang and Yang Hucheng to continue "communist suppression". Two days later, Zhang Xueliang met with Liu Guiwu alone and revealed his forced anti-Japanese plan to Liu Guiwu, hoping that it would be completed by Liu Guiwu. To this end, Zhang also personally took it to see Chiang Kai-shek, so as to be familiar with the road and recognize people.
After the "July 7th Incident", Ma Zhanshan organized the "Northeast Forward Advance Army" and the Sixth Cavalry Division was transferred to the organizational system. Liu Guiwu led a bloody battle with the Japanese army in Suiyuan front for eight months, and suffered repeated defeats.
Ma Zhanshan was ordered to keep the enemy north of the Yellow River. At that time, Liu Guiwu's Sixth Cavalry Division had the strongest fighting capacity. Faced with the growing power of Ma Zhanshan, the Japanese aggressors quickly mobilized Japanese troops and puppet troops from Datong, Suiyuan, Baotou and Bailing Temple to carry out encirclement and suppression.
On April 15 of the following year, Ma Zhanshan led his troops to Zhangbei, and the Japanese army mobilized four divisions to meet them. The two sides fought fiercely for five days and nights. Although the horse department dealt a heavy blow to the enemy, it also ran out of ammunition and food. So he led his troops to the butter qianzi area in Wuchuan County. At dawn on 2 1 day, the Japanese invaders surrounded the Ma Zhanshan department of butter qianzi village.
Liu Guiwu led a patrol and fought fiercely for two days and two nights. The next day, when the troops were crossing the river in qianzi (now near Baotou), they were attacked by thousands of Japanese Sakura Huncheng Brigade, more than 0/00 cars, more than 50 armored vehicles, thousands of Japanese devils and 33 planes. Mr. Liu led his troops to resist on the spot and cover the withdrawal of troops. Unfortunately, he was shot and died. After the war, the Japanese cut off his head. When Liu Guiwu's body was transported back to Xi 'an, the Kuomintang and the Communist Party jointly appointed him to hold a memorial service, and the national * * * ratified him as lieutenant general. When he was buried, Liu Guiwu's body merged with the masked body.
Although the war has been over for decades now, and it has been defeated and surrendered, according to the general's daughter Liu, someone once came back from Japan after World War II, saying that the general's head was in an exhibition hall in Japan, soaked in a glass bottle filled with formalin solution for trophy display, and the hero had not returned home, and the humiliation continued!
I don't know if you feel deja vu after hearing these big events and big shots. Or do you have any special ideas about it? Still filled with emotion? This is the role of history, which is earth-shattering and full of positive energy after listening. History is like a mirror for our descendants. Because taking history as a mirror, we won't make mistakes again, so we can avoid loopholes. There are also these great people, so that we can have a reference when dealing with people, or when leaders are governing the country, so that we can finish a thing more easily and quickly. Therefore, I believe that we should work hard to step into the ranks of historical records and make some great achievements that will benefit mankind and future generations, which is called the pride of history.
