In 1 year, Liu Fa became the king of Changsha, and Jingdi, the son of Wendi, succeeded to the throne in 156. The following year (155), Changsha State was restored, and the illegitimate child was named King Changsha, which was called "Liu Changsha State" in history. Liu Fazhi's country of Changsha was at the time when the Western Han Dynasty slashed the power of the vassal state. From the fief in 155 to 145, with the change of the management system of the imperial court to the vassal States, the jurisdiction of Changsha was greatly reduced, and Guiyang County and Lingling County were separated, leaving only Linxiang, Charlotte, Yiyang, Liandao, Xiangnan, Ancheng, Zhenyang, Chaling, Youyou and Zhaoyang. At this point, the vassal king of Changsha also cut off the actual power, and he was not allowed to interfere in the government affairs of the vassal countries under his jurisdiction, and became a nominal king. From the prime minister (the highest chief executive in charge of government affairs, formerly known as the "minister") to the county magistrate, he was appointed or removed by the court.

2./Kloc-When Liu Fa returned to Chang 'an in 0/42, he danced for Emperor Jing's birthday, and Emperor Jing was surprised to raise his sleeves. Liu Fa replied: "My country is small and narrow, and there is not enough room for manoeuvre." Emperor Jingdi then re-zoned Wuling County, Lingling County and Guiyang County under the jurisdiction of Changsha State, which expanded the territory of Changsha State to the largest in history, and the control scope was equivalent to all areas of Hunan, Hubei, Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong and Jiangxi.

3. During the Western Han Dynasty, from the beginning to the end, the "Liu's Changsha State" was abolished. It was passed on to the seven generations and eight kings, and the country continued 164. Later, Emperor Guangwu of the Eastern Han Dynasty restored the kingdom of Changsha in the third year of Jianwu (26 years) and named Liu Xing, the son of Liu Shun, as the king of Changsha. After 12, Changsha was abolished and Liu Xing was demoted as Linxianghou.
