Attachment: Fu Guangming:
I am confused by history.
Fu Guangming's research on "Lao She's Death" began 10 years ago. He visited as many customers as possible in those years. Two years ago, I wrote a comprehensive study of Memory of Taiping Lake-Lao She's Death. Today's DVD of the same name is an audio-visual version of the field interview with real people during this investigation.
Talking about the research experience in these years, Fu Guangming said gloomily: "Mr. Lao She suddenly disappeared without a trace, leaving no ashes. We all know that he suffered sudden violence and humiliation before he died. Then, the body was found in Taiping Lake. However, this self-proclaimed "writer" and "Niu Wen" did not leave a word-no one knows that this old man who arranged the ending of drowning suicide for good people many times in the novel experienced great mental and physical pain before his death. After rushing to visit, I found more and more that we can only be infinitely close to history, but we can't restore the truth of history at all. "
Fu Guangming said that by interviewing dozens of people, he can almost get dozens of versions of the description of the scene of the year. "Almost every narrator has a different description of this' true story' decades ago", so he was confused by history! In Memory of Taiping Lake, there is no definite answer to Lao She's death, and even the so-called historical truth cannot be deduced according to the so-called logic.
Yi Shu:
Before leaving, he asked if there was any money at home.
Today, Mr. Yi Shu's words about Lao She's death are helpless. "My mother and I were the most important parties in those days-I was a corpse collector and my mother was a burial person. Mom said Lao She went home the night she was beaten and insulted. They talked for a long time, and then turned their backs on each other and went to bed. In fact, they all stayed up all night. The next day, Lao She left the point of no return. Mom said Lao She left without warning. He has been ignoring money, but he asked if there was any money at home that night. Will it be enough for the children for a while? The next morning, he told his mother to go to work normally, and then he only said one sentence to one person-just like the scene in Teahouse, he called his granddaughter, who was only three years old at that time, bent down and said slowly,' Tell grandpa goodbye!' That day, I rushed to collect the body. I remember very clearly that it was a hot August day, and it suddenly began to rain in Mao Mao at night ... "
In Yi Shu's eyes, like many similar events in the Cultural Revolution, Lao She's death was a "one-man show". Therefore, it should not be surprising that many years later, there are many kinds of memories of the same scene. People reorganize and filter history according to their own imagination and subjective will. "This is caused by social and human reasons, so this kind of thing, there is no answer, it is the answer."
Lasting ideological and cultural value
In the book Memory of Taiping Lake-Lao She's Death and the CD-ROM, there is such a passage: "1One day in August 1966, the body of an old man was found in Taiping Lake in Beijing. He was quietly salvaged and cremated that day, but his name did not disappear with his tired and thin body. On the contrary, many years later, on the anniversary of the old man's birthday, people will offer him an immortal aura. His mysterious "abnormal death" has inadvertently become a part of historical legends ... We have no intention of restoring history, but we just want to hang the last moments of Lao She's life, together with the thinking of future generations, on the hook of history and connect the past, present and future with vivid memories. "
