The Historical Evolution of Luo Zhuang
The hornstones unearthed in Xiqiao Village, Luoxi Street in 1960s belong to brachiopods of Paleozoic Ordovician seabed 438 million years ago, which proves that Luo Zhuang was still a sea of Wang Yang at that time.

During the Shang Dynasty, this area was still under the jurisdiction of relatively independent nationalities. Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 25-220). At first, it followed the county system of the Western Han Dynasty. Southern Song Dynasty Gold (1 127- 1279). Local administrative divisions are similar to those in the Northern Song Dynasty. In March 2008, Luoxi Sub-district Office was placed under the jurisdiction of Linyi High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
