Guanyin Pavilion, located in the middle of Wangjiapo Mountain in the west of the city, is one of the scenic spots in the tourist city. The original temple was built at the end of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty and was destroyed in the sixth year of Xianfeng (AD 1856). In the third year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (AD 1877), Yuzhen Yang, who was on the side of the bridge and guarded the Five Banners, kept vigil at the gate, and gathered with fellow countryman Yang Tiancai to raise money, rebuilt a main hall and two wings, carved the Guanyin Buddha statue, which was renamed as "Bai Yi 'an" after the practice of the abbot of Yuzhen Yang. 1949 liberation, monks and nuns left. 1953, converted into Pianqiao Primary School. 1960, the temple was demolished and the temple site was restored.
During the three historical periods of February 19th, June 19th and September 19th of the lunar calendar, thousands of tourists from all directions came to pay homage, watch and visit. After visiting Wuyang, Xiawuyang, Yuntai Mountain and Cunninghamia lanceolata River, Chinese and foreign friends stayed in shibin. Many friends strolled more than 200 meters along the stone road from the fork on the right side of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress before entering Guanyin Pavilion. On both sides are restaurants and monasteries built of reinforced concrete. The main hall is magnificent in ancient architecture, and there are golden dragons wrapped around the pillars outside. In addition to the words "Rebuilding Guanyin Pavilion" and poems written on both sides of the hall, it is more interesting to write in regular script behind the three Buddha statues: "The two old people in the hall are bodhisattvas. As long as they are filial in the morning and evening, they have their own benefits and don't have to respect me; A little kindness in your heart is Buddha. If you persist day and night, you will get good results. Why ask God? "Guanyin praised that we should remember the traditional virtues and be cautious." Tourists stood in front of the main hall and had a panoramic view of the county.
