The origin of career planning
Career planning originated in America 1908. Frank Parsons, known as the "father of career guidance", set up the world's first career counseling agency-Boston Local Employment Bureau to solve the problem of a large number of young people's unemployment, and put forward the concept of "career counseling" for the first time. Since then, vocational guidance has been systematized. In 1950s and 1960s, Schuber and others put forward the concept of "career", so career planning is no longer limited to the situation of career guidance.
