6. Infiltration irrigation technology

Based on the present situation and existing problems of building a water-saving society in China, this paper puts forward the idea that building a water-saving society should start from three aspects: throttling, pollution control and open source, and introduces some new measures such as water price adjustment, water-saving publicity, seawater utilization and rainwater utilization.

China is a country with serious shortage of water resources and frequent floods and droughts. The per capita water resources are only 2,200 cubic meters, accounting for only 1/4 of the world average.
