1. First, in the menu item of outlook interface, select File Import and Export, Export Mail, and Export to File.

2. Secondly, click Next, select personal folder file, click Next, select the whole folder for backup, save the exported file to the hard disk, continue file import and export, and choose to import from another program or file.

3. Finally, select Personal Folder File Import to import the file just exported.
