Zhan Antai

Zhan Antai, born in Wuan, Zhunan, was born in Xingfeng Louzai, Raoping County, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, and graduated from Guangdong Normal University and China Literature Department of Guangdong University.

Born in 1902. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), Zhan Antai actively engaged in teaching and scientific research. Zhan Antai is knowledgeable and has made great contributions to China's classical literature, including The Book of Songs, Songs of the South, Poetics and Ci. Especially good at ci, unique in theory and creation. He often studies the image of words through the comparison between words, so as to clarify the artistic style of words.
