There are Maotai in the south and Huangtai in the north. Huangtai Liquor is produced in Liangzhou, Gansu Province, starting from 1985. Huangtai liquor is a kind of Luzhou-flavor liquor which is made of sorghum as raw material, supplemented by Daqu and fermented in old pits for a long time.
2. Guhezhou
Guhezhou Liquor Industry is located at the foot of Wanshou Mountain in Linxia, Gansu. It is a large-scale enterprise group integrating liquor, health-preserving yellow rice wine, Cordyceps yellow rice wine, seabuckthorn fruit wine, out-of-season peony planting, breeding, contract farming and hotel catering services.
3. Du Liang Laojiao
Du Liang Laojiao is the product of the "Five-Nine" liquor industry. Established in 1953, Wujiu Group is one of the earliest time-honored brewing enterprises in China.
4.xiaolongshan
Xiaolongshan, produced in Simen Town, Tianshui, is the product of Tianchen wine industry, which started in 2004. Xiaolongshan wine is made from sorghum, wheat, corn, rice and glutinous rice by traditional technology, which has the characteristics of rich aroma, mellow, smooth and long aftertaste.
5. Siluchun
Siluchun was produced in Zhangye, Gansu, and began at 1980. Siluchun wine has many series, such as puree, golden bottle, golden crown, Shen Gong, Ganzhou and so on. The cellar of Siluchun wine has the characteristics of rich aroma, sweet after meals, dry mouth and no first-class products.
6. Korean language
Hanwu Liquor Industry is located in Jiuquan, Gansu. Its predecessor was Jiuquan Winery in Gansu Province. It began in the 1970s. Hanwuyu is the product of Hanwu wine industry. Hanwuyu takes wheat and corn as raw materials and is brewed by Laowu Town. It has the characteristics of mellow, sweet and clean and long aftertaste.
7. Nine grains of liquid
Jiuliangye, produced in Zhangye, Gansu, is one of the core products of Binhe Jiuliangye liquor industry and belongs to the pioneer of Jiuliangxiang liquor. Jiuliangye has nothing to do with Wuliangye. Jiuliangye is brewed from sorghum, wheat, Misha, rice, glutinous rice, yellow rice, black rice, mung bean and pea, and has the characteristics of pure taste and mellow fragrance.
8. Hongchuan wine
Hongchuan liquor, produced in Hongchuan, Gansu Province, is a local specialty liquor with a history of 1400 years. Hongchuan wine is made from sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat and corn through centuries-old cellar storage and old retort technology. It has the characteristics of colorless and transparent, fragrant wine cellar, mellow, clean, harmonious, long aftertaste and mellow wine body.
9. Longnan Spring
Longnan Spring is a product of Gansu Longnan Spring Wine Industry, which is produced in Fujia Town, Gansu Province and has a history of more than 50 years. Longnan Spring Liquor is made from sorghum, wheat, rice, corn, etc. by the old six retort process, which belongs to a kind of Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor. It has the characteristics of clear and transparent wine quality, rich wine cellar aroma, sweet and refreshing entrance, long and sweet wine taste and so on.
10, Liuhuchun
Liulihu Spring is produced in Pingliang, Gansu Province, and is the product of Liulihu Spring Wine Industry in Pingliang in the new century, which began in 2004. Liuhu Spring Wine is made from wheat and red sorghum by Luzhou traditional brewing technology. It is clear, transparent, clean and has a long aftertaste.
