Xinjiang University is a national key university. It is the first batch of national "2 1 1 project" key universities and the national "comprehensive strength improvement project of central and western universities". 20 17 entered the ranks of the first batch of 42 first-class universities in China, and 20 18 was identified as a "jointly-built" university by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Candidates applying for the general plan

(2) Persons who have graduated from a master's degree or obtained a master's degree; Fresh master's graduates (you must graduate or get a master's degree at the latest to enter the school); Persons who have obtained a bachelor's degree for more than 6 years (including 6 years, from the date of obtaining a bachelor's degree to the date of doctoral degree enrollment) and have reached the same academic level as master's students.

(3) Physical and mental health conditions meet the requirements of the admissions unit.

(4) Written recommendation from at least two professors (or experts with equivalent titles) in disciplines and professional fields.

(5) Applicants with the same academic qualifications shall meet the following conditions in addition to (1), (3) and (4):

(1) After completing all the courses for applying for professional graduate students, submit the report card issued by the continuing education school (sealed by the graduate management department) or obtain the graduate course completion certificate.
