Founded in 1994, the company is headquartered in Jinjiang, Quanzhou, and its chairman is Mr. Ding Shizhong. Anta Sports was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007 with a share price of HK$ 5.28, which was acquired by Leslie Lee Alexander, the owner of Houston Rockets, the American NBA basketball team.
