1. First, search Taobao and log in to the account.

2. After logging in, go to Taobao homepage, and then click My Taobao above. There is a treasure bought below. Open it and have a look.

After opening it, you will see all the records of past purchases.

4. If you don't find the purchase record here, click the option of order recycle bin above.

When you get here, you will see the original deleted purchase record.

6. If it is not found in this box, you will click Delete permanently in the order recall box. In that case, you won't find it.
