Yes Changling is an escrow county in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, located in the west of Jilin Province, with Bank of Communications (Songyuan Branch Sales Department) and Bank of Communications, located in Wulan Street, ningjiang district, Songyuan City, Jilin Province.
