Influenced by my grandmother since childhood, I began to learn to draw. I have been writing for decades, and my works mostly show religious and historical figures, among which The Journey to the West is the most representative. Because of his in-depth understanding of the original Journey to the West and careful study of religious history, the Journey to the West in his works all exudes a rigorous and heavy atmosphere, and is known as "the first person to travel to the West in today's painting world". As for his painting style, it originated from the Tang and Song Dynasties and was influenced by Wu Daozi and Li. The lines are mostly Liu Yemiao and iron line drawing, and he pursues the ancient style. At the same time, influenced by his family studies, Li Yunzhong read China's classic historical documents since childhood, was good at writing ancient poems and critical articles, and published many works.
