Guoziyuan Village is located in the center of Guoziyuan Township, with Longdun Village in the east, Wuwan Village in the south, Banzhuyuan in the west, Longdun Village Central Street in the north, and Tea Pine Highway passing through the village. All groups in the village have dirt roads to enter the village, which is relatively convenient. There are 12 residential groups in the village, with 4 18 households and 1664 people, with a total area of13,725 mu, including 5,543 mu of mountain fields, 0.6 mu of waters10.6 mu of paddy fields/kloc.

First, the economy. Guoziyuan village is a traditional agricultural village. Farmers' income mainly comes from traditional agricultural cultivation such as rice and wheat. In recent years, the number of migrant workers accounts for 33.4% of the total population, and most of the young and strong laborers go out and become the main source of income. The characteristic economy of this village is mainly camellia oleifera cultivation. This village has more than 300 acres of new exotic camellia oleifera bases, 400 acres of sporadic camellia oleifera bases and 300 acres of old camellia oleifera bases. Some camellia oleifera growers benefit from it. According to the current development scale, Camellia oleifera will become the leading industry in guoyuan. The second is sericulture production. Guoziyuan Village is an old sericulture base in Guoziyuan Township. With the overall decline of cocoon and silk, the development of sericulture in Guoziyuan village has not diminished, and the masses have been planting mulberry at low peaks. The third is to raise cattle. Driven by several large cattle farmers, the stock of cattle is gradually increasing. The fourth is the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines. Gastrodia elata, Atractylodes macrocephala, Atractylodes macrocephala, Platycodon grandiflorum and other Chinese herbal medicines in Guoziyuan Village have always been a good characteristic economy. Fifth, the cultural characteristics of centipede. Centipede breeding, a fruit garden village, has begun to take shape, and now it has provided seedlings and breeding technology to other places.

Second, human geography. According to incomplete statistics, since the resumption of the college entrance examination, there have been more than 50 graduates with bachelor degree or above, two of whom have studied abroad, forming a good human resource and providing a good social environment for the development of Guoziyuan Village. The geography of Guoziyuan Village is typical of two mountains and one river, with a flat east and west, junior and senior high schools, geographical characteristics and relatively convenient transportation.

Third, develop the environment. There are many cadres above division level working outside the country in Guoziyuan Village, and they have made great efforts for the development of Guoziyuan Township. The external development environment is excellent, the internal folk customs are simple, the labor force is abundant, and the investment environment is quite good.

Fourth, enterprises. The existing main enterprises such as Hengfeng Textile in Guoziyuan Village have settled in Guoziyuan Village, but there are no village-level collective enterprises, so there is a large room for enterprise development.

Verb (short for verb) resources. The granite in Guoziyuan Village has large proven reserves and mining value, and there are many mulberry trees, which can be used as a resource and has a good development prospect. Chinese herbal medicine processing enterprises can develop in Chinese herbal medicine planting areas in China.

Sixth, infrastructure. Most of the irrigation and water conservancy facilities in this village were built in the 1970s and 1980s. They are in disrepair and need urgent repair. Although the regimental roads of various regiments are brave, they are badly washed in rainy season every year because of the high altitude in mountainous areas. Only paving cement roads can change this situation. The market town of Guoziyuan village has been connected with the central market town of the township, and the greening and lighting of the sewer pipes and streets in the central market town need to be further strengthened.

In September of 20 17, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the list of demonstration villages for improving rural human settlements in 20 17, and Guoziyuan Village was selected as the basic demonstration village.

There are Jinzhai Kiwifruit, Jinzhai Gastrodia elata, Jinzhai Chestnut, Jinzhai Black Pig, Jinzhai Alpine Rice and other special products.
