But at that time, there was a folk saying that there was a chivalrous woman, Lv Siniang, who was a descendant of Lv Liuliang. In order to avenge her father, she entered the palace at night to assassinate Yongzheng. After his success, Yong Zhengdi's head was cut off, so Yong Zhengdi didn't die of illness, but died suddenly. From then on, Yong Zhengdi's body was buried with a golden head, because it lacked a head.
Seeing this, you may ask, who is this Lv Liuliang? What kind of person is Lv Siniang, who can not only enter the palace at night, but also kill the emperor?
In fact, Lv Liuliang is a Confucian scholar in Shimen County, Zhejiang Province. He wrote books and advocated anti-Qing and regaining sight. After being discovered, Yong Zhengdi was very angry. As a result, all the 65,438,000 people in Lujia were killed, and only one granddaughter, aged 6,543,804, escaped. Later, Lv Siniang fled to the mountains and learned martial arts from a Taoist priest. At the same time, in order to avenge his family, he trained hard and kept practicing.
In addition, there are three different statements about how Lv Siniang assassinated Yongzheng in unofficial history:
The first widely spread saying is that when I grow up, I married a family named Li in Beijing and settled in Beijing, waiting for an opportunity. One night, Lv Siniang held a bloody head in his hand and said it was Yong Zhengdi's head. Then she left and disappeared into the rivers and lakes. The next day, the news of the emperor's death came from the Forbidden City.
The second view is that after Lv Siniang returned to Beijing, he managed to enter the palace and became a maid-in-waiting. Later, with her beautiful face and intelligence, she won the favor of Yong Zhengdi and became a much-loved princess. Became the emperor's pillow man, then there will be more opportunities to start. One day, Lv Siniang cut off Yong Zhengdi's head while he was sleeping. Then he escaped from the Forbidden City and disappeared from there.
Thirdly, after more than ten years' hard work, Lv Siniang finally mastered the skill of climbing over the eaves and became a chivalrous woman of sublime north and south. Later, she sneaked into the palace with martial arts, killed Yongzheng, took the head and disappeared without a trace.
In fact, the above viewpoints, as long as a little careful analysis, will know that their authenticity and credibility are not high.
First of all, the first and second views are based on Lv Siniang's ability to fly over the eaves and climb over the walls, but as we all know, such kung fu is simply a fictional plot in martial arts novels. How can anyone do it in real life?
Secondly, the Qing palace is heavily guarded. Even though Lv Siniang's martial arts is superb, it is impossible to go there alone, unscathed. Not to mention, it is impossible to kill the emperor and take out his head. In addition, the second view seems to have some credibility, but according to the rules of the Qing court, concubines sleeping in the bedroom have to undergo a strict search. Therefore, Lv Siniang wanted to take this opportunity to kill Yongzheng and cut off his head, and it was almost impossible to get away successfully.
It can be seen that the above three views are not very reliable.
So how did Yongzheng die?
This is rarely recorded in historical materials, except for a few short sentences in Volume 32 of Donghua Record, which probably refers to Yongzheng's sudden emergency and died in Yuanmingyuan on August 23rd, 13. As for what the emergency was, there was no detailed record.
Maybe you will think, since there are not many historical records, why not go to Yongzheng's mausoleum to find out? Yong Zhengdi headless corpse rumor is inconclusive, because Yong Zhengdi's tomb has not been fully opened, and the underground palace that can really reach Yong Zhengdi's body has not been opened. So the real burial situation is still unknown.
In fact, not only the cause of Yong Zhengdi's death is a mystery, but also the Yong Zhengdi Mausoleum, which is currently in people's field of vision, has many mysteries.
Next, let's continue to understand.
First of all, the mystery of the three stone archways:
Both the Ming Tombs in Changping District and the Qing Tombs in zunhua city, Hebei Province have built a stone archway, but only three stone archways and two stone kylins have been built outside the Qing Tombs and Dahongmen, which looks very magnificent. But at the same time, it also makes people wonder why there are three stone archways in the Qing Xiling. What are the functions of the two stone kylins outside the door?
In this regard, there are currently five statements:
First, Yongzheng lived in the Lama Temple for a long time before his death. So after his death, he imitated the internal structure and decorative design of the Lama Temple, resulting in three stone archways and two stone kylins.
Second, in order to prevent evil spirits from harassing, this design is specially designed to help Yongzheng guard the gate of his haunted house;
Third, the Qianlong emperor built it to honor Yongzheng, which shows that it is an auspicious place;
Fourth, in order to suppress the water monster;
Fifth, in order to make up for the lack of geomantic omen in the area where Tailing is located, two stone archways and two stone kylins were specially built to gather? Heaven, earth and people? The three are full of energy.
Second, the mystery of the stone:
There are no stone statues in Tailing, but why not build them at first is mainly because the location of Tailing is not suitable for building stone statues. But later, in the thirteenth year of Qianlong, the stone statue students of Tailing were rebuilt.
Third, the mystery of the ceiling of the Tailing Monument:
The official name of Tailing Monument is Shengde Shen Gong Monument Pavilion, but the ceiling design of Tailing Monument is completely different from that of Qing Dynasty. It looks neat and orderly, which has never appeared in other mausoleum buildings. So this design is not so simple for ventilation, and the real intention is still unknown.
Four, the mystery of the underground palace:
Tailing Mausoleum is the mausoleum in the early Qing Dynasty, and the underground palace is the most core and mysterious place in the whole mausoleum. Because the underground palace of Tailing has not been opened yet, it has a great mystery, and no one knows what its internal structure is.
Fifth, the mystery of the hidden treasure:
As the emperor's mausoleum, there must be many priceless funerary objects. According to the general idea of setting up a mausoleum, there must be many things that Yongzheng loved before his death, and Emperor Qianlong, as his son, will definitely put a lot of precious things extra to show his filial piety. But these are just some guesses, which are not clearly recorded in the relevant materials.
