What is a hairy belly?
Cow's stomach. In fact, the hairy belly is a part of the cow, and it is the stomach of the cow. Cattle belong to ruminants, so it has four stomachs, namely rumen, abomasum, reticular stomach and valvular stomach. Maodu is the rumen, not used for digestion, but used to assist digestion.

Hairy tripe is the flap stomach part of cattle stomach. There are two kinds of beef omasum. The beef omasum grown on feed is yellow, and the beef omasum grown on food crops is black. White hairy belly is bleached and belongs to frozen food. Maodu is rich in protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, thiamine and riboflavin.

Tripe, namely tripe and rumen, can be divided into yellow tripe and black tripe, in which the yellow tripe is produced from cattle raised by feed and the black tripe is produced from cattle raised by natural food such as grain crops, and the black tripe tastes crisp and tender.
