Shengjing, 1, 1625 to 1644 was the capital of the Qing dynasty, and 1644 to 19 12 was the capital, which is now Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Shengjing in a broad sense also includes the whole northeast region including Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces.
