From the perspective of teachers' professional development, generally speaking, it can be divided into three stages:
1. Pre-service education is mainly to make teachers become qualified citizens and ensure that the bottom line of teachers' professional ethics is up to standard, that is, to be a teacher first and then a teacher.
2. Professional practice is the fundamental guarantee of teachers' professional ethics. Teachers should pay attention to the scientific nature of education and teaching and explore the artistry of each class.
In the whole process of education and teaching activities, teachers always have to face all kinds of complicated problems. When solving various problems, teachers are always required to be different from the present (constantly innovating), that is, to surpass yesterday and surpass themselves. Therefore, teachers constantly improve their professional development level, including improving their professional ethics.
3. Lifelong pursuit: If teachers want to enter the highest realm of teaching profession, they must aim high, study for life and develop continuously. Only in this way can teachers maintain strong motivation and abundant vitality, and achieve "learning to be a teacher and behaving as a teacher". Of course, teachers' pursuit of professional ideals is endless, but teachers must constantly strive to become rational models, moral models and cultural authorities.
