The successful application of Liangzhu Site means that China's 5,000-year history of Chinese civilization has been generally recognized by UNESCO and the international mainstream academic circles. Since then, China has not been questioned for five thousand years. Why do you say that?

For a long time, China people's understanding of China's feudal society began in Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, but the Xia Dynasty was about 4000 years ago, which means that there was a gap of 1000 years before Liangzhu site.

The discovery of Liangzhu civilization filled the gap in the dynastic history of China. Liangzhu site was first discovered in 1936, but the excavation and research were interrupted because of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. It was not until 1939 that the study of Liangzhu civilization got back on track.

Only in the past twenty years, Liangzhu civilization was once considered to belong to Longshan culture, and this conclusion was not questioned until the end of 1950s. 1957 Mr. Xia nai said: "The black pottery in Zhejiang (Liangzhu site) is easy to fade after drying, and there is no standard thin-walled porcelain of Longshan culture. In addition to round feet, there are a large number of round bottoms, but there are few flat-bottomed utensils prevalent in Longshan culture in Shandong. There are not many discoveries in Tao Wei, and it is not the standard form of Longshan culture. "

This view of Mr. Chennai completely overturns the previous conclusion. Two years later, he introduced the name of Liangzhu culture for the first time, which was completely different from Longshan culture. However, the research on Liangzhu civilization has been in a state of tinkering for a long time. Until 1986, Liangzhu culture had its own symbolic characteristics, and people paid attention to it.

1986, archaeologists started excavation work in the anti-mountain near Liangzhu site. After a long time of unremitting work, they found a brand-new ancient tomb in Liangzhu-anti-mountain 12. At the same time, they found a national treasure cultural relic-Jade Wang Cong. Jed Wang Cong's discovery convinced experts that it was once a political center.

Later, when cleaning up Liangzhu site, archaeologists cooperated with Peking University Carbon 14 Institute to determine the age of the wall of Liangzhu ancient city, and reached the conclusion that the age of Liangzhu ancient city was 4300-4500 years ago, thus formally connecting Liangzhu civilization with the history of Xia Dynasty, and China's 5,000-year history was also proved.
