Qian Fang Town belongs to Pan 'an County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Located in the east of the county seat, in front of the local people's government, 42 kilometers away from the county seat. It is an important town in the east of Pan 'an. It is adjacent to Jietou Town of Tiantai County in the east, Weixin Township in the south, Pan Da Town and Molin Town in the west and Shang Hu Town in the north. The provincial highway can run through the town.

Qian Fang Town is located in the east of Pan 'an County, the hometown of mushrooms, medicinal materials and ecological Longjing in China. Adjacent to Tiantai and Xianju in Taizhou City, it has jurisdiction over 34 administrative villages, 1 15 natural villages, and has jurisdiction over Sihui offices. It is the township with the widest area and the largest number of administrative villages and natural villages in the county. The provincial highway runs through the territory, and Shifengxi, the source of Lingjiang River, runs through the territory. The town government is 44 kilometers away from the county seat and 42 kilometers away from the Tiantai section of Shangsan Expressway. Known as "Land of Fish and Rice" and "Garden of Hundred Fruits", it is the hometown of bamboo crafts in Pan 'an County. There are four soil types in Qian Fang town: yellow soil, yellow red soil, purple soil and paddy soil;

Yellow soil: It is mountainous yellow soil, mainly distributed in the mountainous areas above 600 meters above sea level in the southeast and northwest of this area. The soil layer is thin, the soil quality is rough, the arable property is poor, and most of them are woodland.

Yellow red soil: mainly yellow soil, mainly distributed in hilly areas with an altitude of 250-600 meters. The parent material is weathered volcanic rock, with deep soil layer, red soil color, heavy texture and acidity. Suitable for planting in flat places, there are many woodlands on the hillside.

Purple soil: red-purple soil with limited area, mainly distributed in the valley plain area on the north bank of Shifengxi River. With deep soil layer and long cultivation history, it is suitable for the growth of most crops and is an excellent farmland cultivation soil in this area.

Paddy soil: Yellow sandy land with small area, mainly distributed in Shifengxi and its tributaries along the river plain. Paddy soil is cultivated soil formed by long-term artificial cultivation and maturation on the basis of river alluvial soil. It is the soil type with the best cultivation conditions, the highest productivity and the best quality in this area.
