Qingfeng county is subordinate to Puyang City, with a total area of 828 square kilometers. It is one of the 47 counties in Henan Province. Qingfeng was called Dunqiu in ancient times. During the Three Kingdoms period, Cao Cao served as Dunqiu Order. Zhang Qingfeng, the eldest son, was born in the Sui Dynasty, so he changed his name to qingfeng county in the Tang Dynasty. China is the only county named after a dutiful son.

Qingfeng county is located in the north of Henan Province. Located at east longitude114 47' ~115 23'; 35 45' ~ 36 05' N. It faces Shenxian County in Shandong Province in the east, Puyang City in the south, Neihuang County in Anyang City in the west, Nanle County in the north and wei county in Hebei Province in the northwest across the Weihe River. The territory of qingfeng county is slightly rectangular, about 35 kilometers wide from east to west and 25 kilometers long from north to south, with an administrative area of about 828 square kilometers.
