1986+February and1987+1October, the 2× 100MW units of the first phase project were put into operation respectively, and the assets were owned by Huadian group.

The second phase project of 65438+2× 100MW unit was put into operation in May and September of 1994 respectively. It is controlled by Huadian Group, with shares held by Hong Kong Fulian Power Investment Co., Ltd. and managed by Fujian Zhangping Power Generation Co., Ltd.
