Notice on issues related to funeral expenses and one-time pension for employees and retirees who participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees due to illness or non-work-related death.

Municipalities, counties (districts) human resources and social security (labor security) bureaus and finance bureaus:
According to the "Social Insurance Law" and the current policies of the autonomous region, with the consent of the people's government of the autonomous region, we hereby notify the on-the-job employees and retirees who participated in the basic old-age insurance in our region of the funeral expenses and one-time pension payment due to illness and non-work-related deaths as follows.
First, the funeral expenses payment standard
(1) After the employees and retirees who participated in the basic old-age insurance for employees before June 5438+February 3, 2009 died due to illness or non-work, the funeral expenses will still be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Labor and Personnel Department and the Finance Department of the former Autonomous Region on Changing the Calculation Method of Funeral Expenses and One-time Pensions for Enterprise Employees after Death due to Illness (Ning Lao Ren Xian Zi [1993]).
(II) After 20 10 1, the on-the-job employees (including those who pay back the expenses) and retirees, the funeral expenses shall be implemented according to the Opinions of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region on Solving the Historical Problems of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Enterprise Employees (Ning [20 10] 65438).
Two, a one-time pension payment standard
(1) 65438+After employees and retirees who participated in the basic old-age insurance for employees died of illness or non-work before February 3, 2009, they will still be implemented according to the Notice of the former Labor and Social Security Department of the Autonomous Region on Adjusting the One-time Pension Standard for Enterprise Employees' Death Due to Illness or Non-work (No.2008163).
(II) If the employees (including those who have paid back) and retirees who participated in the basic old-age insurance for employees after 20 10+ 1 died due to illness or non-work-related reasons, the provisions of the Opinions of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region on Solving the Historical Problems of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Enterprise Employees (Ningfa [2010] No.65438) shall be followed.
Third, funding channels.
The above expenses shall be paid by the employee's basic endowment insurance fund.
Fourth, the implementation time.
The above provisions shall be implemented from July of 20 1 1 year to July of 1 year. In case of national policy adjustment during the period, it shall be implemented according to its provisions.
