According to the requirements of this policy, the qualifications for purchasing houses will be divided into three categories: households without houses, households with monetized sheds and ordinary families buying houses. When the number of registered house buyers reaches 3 times or more, all the houses will only be sold to households without houses and households with monetized shed reform, among which the houses without houses are not less than 70% of the houses, and the remaining houses will be used for houses purchased by households with monetized shed reform.

In the house purchase qualification review, it will be conducted in the following order: 1.
