He Xia Ancient Town, formerly known as Beichen Town, is located in the northwest corner of Chuzhou City, Huai 'an City. It is one of the core protected areas of Huai 'an historical and cultural city. At the same time, the river is also the supporting material processing base of Qingjiangdu Shipyard. He Xia is a typical ancient town that has experienced a thousand years of prosperity and decline due to traffic. In its heyday, it was a famous commodity market in China. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the distribution center of Huaibei salt moved to Xiba, Wang Jiaying, and the water transportation changed to sea transportation, and the river surface gradually declined. Guzhen is now a cultural relic of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, a national key cultural protection unit.
