It is accidental to embark on the road of postgraduate counseling and regard it as a job. Zhang Xuefeng said that when he graduated from college, he saw that all the students around him were actively preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination, so he took the initiative to help everyone check the information. Later, a good friend specialized in postgraduate counseling and acting as an agent for enrollment, so he went to help.

After being hit hard, he walked off the platform, pondered the contents of preparing lessons, and personally collected information about schools and majors, enrollment brochures, enrollment situation, employment of graduates and so on from more than 400 universities and research institutes across the country, and improved the courseware content.
After repeated groping, until 20 10, Zhang Xuefeng began to grasp the content that students were interested in, and the classroom response became better and better. People would continue to "harass" students by leaving their phone numbers.
For example, Zhang Xuefeng said, "There are 100 people coming to the lecture. There may be 70 people preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination and 30 people not taking the postgraduate entrance examination. What I want to do is not only to leave the students who are preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination, but also to make those 30 people who are not preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination feel interesting and willing to listen here.
