1. Dragon Boat Festival
The fifth day of May is the Dragon Boat Festival. Although it is not as grand as the Spring Festival, it places our memory on the great patriotic poet Qu Yuan. The fifth day of May is the day to commemorate Qu Yuan's martyrdom and jump into the Miluo River. In order to prevent fish and shrimp from eating Qu Yuan's meat, people wrapped glutinous rice in zongzi leaves and threw it into the Miluo River. The main custom of Dragon Boat Festival in our hometown is to wrap zongzi and insert mugwort leaves.
On Dragon Boat Festival, I started making zongzi. My mother took some pre-soaked zongzi leaves, rolled them into a cone shape, put glutinous rice in it and put some candied dates in the middle. After a while, a zongzi was wrapped. My mother wrapped it beautifully, triangular and diamond, and cooked it in a pot. A pot of delicious zongzi is out of the pot, and its fragrance is overflowing.
When my mother made zongzi, my father and I were also busy, that is, inserting mugwort leaves. I tied mugwort leaves with red wool, and my father stuck the tied mugwort leaves in the door. It is said that this can ward off evil spirits. Folium Artemisiae Argyi can also be used as a medicinal material. Every dog day, grandma burns a big pot of hot water with mugwort leaves to give me a bath, which can treat skin diseases.
I like the Dragon Boat Festival in my hometown, and I also like my hometown.
2. Spring Festival
The Spring Festival is very interesting every year. Children's favorite, of course, is to go to the market to choose fireworks and set off fireworks on New Year's Eve morning. Then you can set off fireworks at night or watch other people's fireworks. The scene is naturally very lively. How happy the children are at this moment! Only during the Spring Festival did I find the happiest time of my childhood.
On New Year's Eve, every family must like to watch the Spring Festival Gala after dinner. The programs in it are all wonderful, and the sketches add a happy atmosphere to the national audience. It's almost 12, and the exciting moment has arrived: we count down with the host: "Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, zero!" At this time, the people of the whole country are boiling, and every household is setting off fireworks. I shouted happily: "Chinese New Year! Chinese New Year! " Children's innocence and excitement are also quietly revealed inadvertently. On the first day of New Year's Day, every family is busy greeting their relatives, and of course my family is no exception. When we are with our relatives, we often become the object of concern, which will make our life warm, happy and full. The preciousness of human true feelings may lie in the fact that a teaching will open people's hearts; An encouragement will become the driving force of a turning point in life and can change a person's life; A greeting will heal the wounds of the soul; A gentle attitude will make the frightened child feel good about you, thus giving you a chance to cultivate him into a towering tree. These are the true feelings of the world, and they all come from the hearts of relatives and friends. I think, if you encounter difficulties, relatives and friends will silently support you and care about you behind your back! So, compared with true feelings and money, is money too insignificant?
On the second day of New Year's Day, I should mention it more, because it was my birthday, and then my father would invite many relatives and friends to celebrate my birthday and buy me a big cake. The happiest person is of course me!
What will the Spring Festival be like this year? Although it will take some time to wait for the Spring Festival, I still can't stop yearning for the Spring Festival, and I also believe that as long as you keep waiting, one day you will wait for the day you are looking forward to. For the Spring Festival, I will have a heart full of expectations!
Composition Library Daquan Xiao Sheng got full marks in the senior high school entrance examination and zero marks in the senior high school entrance examination.
3. Dragon Boat Festival
On the Dragon Boat Festival. Whenever this time, I will think of Zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival.
A few days before the Dragon Boat Festival, my mother bought zongzi leaves, glutinous rice, mung beans and so on. From the market. On the Dragon Boat Festival, she took them out, soaked them in water, washed them clean, and then began to make zongzi. She picked up some zongzi leaves, stacked them row by row, then a layer of glutinous rice, a layer of mung beans and a grain of pork, and the last layer of glutinous rice wrapped mung beans and pork in the middle, then flattened the stacked zongzi leaves, folded them, and finally tied them with thread, thus wrapping a zongzi in her hand.
After jiaozi wrapped it, she put jiaozi into the pot, added some water and let it cook. It took about two hours to cook, and the fragrance of zongzi floated in the kitchen. Take a deep breath and feel refreshed. At this time, I can't wait to grab a zongzi from my greedy mother's pot. No matter how hot it is, I untie the thread and put it in my mouth. I took a bite with my teeth. Sometimes the hot zongzi makes my roots swell, and my tongue and mouth are suddenly filled with bubbles, big and small. Even so, I still refuse to spit it out. It's delicious.
Adults say there is an old story about the Dragon Boat Festival. According to historical records, during the Spring and Autumn Period, the great poet of Chu was exiled for daring to speak. Seeing the destruction of the country and the displacement of the people, Qu Yuan devoted himself to serving the country and was unable to return to heaven. In anger, on the fifth day of May, after writing his masterpiece Huai Sha, he jumped into the Miluo River. After the legend of Qu Yuan, people flocked to the Miluo River to pay their respects to Qu Yuan. The fisherman paddled the boat and fished for his real body back and forth on the river. Some even took out food and threw it into the river, saying that ichthyosaurs, shrimps and crabs would not bite the doctor's body when they were full. Therefore, on the fifth day of May every year, there are customs such as dragon boat racing and eating zongzi to commemorate Qu Yuan. Times have changed, people and things have changed, but the Dragon Boat Festival has been passed down to this day and has become a traditional festival and culture of the Chinese nation.
Wrap zongzi
In the morning, as soon as I got up, I smelled a fragrance. I hurried to the kitchen and saw that it was my mother making zongzi.
I really want to experience this atmosphere, so let my mother teach me how to make zongzi. My mother told me that to make zongzi, we should first wash the palm leaves and soak them in hot water. Then prepare dates, eggs, meat and so on. For the stuffing, cook the delicious stuffing you like and you can start working. First, fold the long palm leaves, enclose them, make a nest, put the prepared glutinous rice and japonica rice in the middle, and wrap the edges and corners. Then put it in rice, knead it into a ball, and finally make the zongzi wrapped in palm leaves into a quadrangle. The kung fu of making zongzi is in the last process. Whether your zongzi is wrapped well depends on whether the four corners are symmetrical or not. After that, put the wrapped zongzi into the pot and cook it with high fire. After about 1 hour, simmer for 30 minutes. In the process of cooking zongzi, I am always eager to open the lid to see the situation. Because the smell of zongzi floated out of the pot, it made my mouth water. Zongzi is ripe, so I'll ask after eating it. "Mom, how did Zongzi come from?" Mother said, "It's a long story. Qu Yuan is a famous poet and great politician in China. Qu Yuan was deeply trusted by Chu Huaiwang in his early years, and with his efforts, the national strength of Chu was enhanced. However, due to Qu Yuan's honest and frank personality and the slander and rejection of others, Qu Yuan was gradually alienated by Chu Huaiwang. During his exile, when Qu Yuan saw that his motherland was attacked by Qin Jun, he was heartbroken and threw himself into the river. Therefore, in order to commemorate Qu Yuan's fear of being eaten by ichthyosaurs, shrimps and crabs, people made zongzi and threw them into the river. " I can't help admiring Qu Yuan.
5. Spring Festival
Spring Festival is the traditional and biggest festival in China. A few days before the Spring Festival, people began to get busy. Every household is buying new year's goods and choosing new clothes, and the work is endless.
On Laba Festival, we all want to drink Laba porridge. There are all kinds of rice and beans in the porridge. Although it's not very delicious, I can't help but want to drink a few mouthfuls after watching its strange appearance. When the New Year comes in China, many children are shopping. Cars, these are more popular. Firecrackers are more popular. How can we not set off firecrackers during the Spring Festival?
Children are happy, adults have the heart to do things. They have prepared all the food, drink and clothes for the Chinese New Year, and they are going to use them for the Chinese New Year.
The twenty-third day of the twelfth lunar month is a small year. As soon as it gets dark, some people set off firecrackers to give people a taste of the New Year. On this day, the children are the happiest because all kinds of sweets have been prepared at home.
After twenty-three, everyone is busy again. Adults must dress up their homes beautifully. I still need to take out all the things for the Spring Festival. The shops in the street are closed until the sixth day of the first month. "Crash!" Listen, New Year's Eve came with a smile, as if waving to us! Every household is watching the "Spring Festival Evening", in fact, in order to add a little joy to the year. Couplets were posted outside the door, and several big blessings were posted in the room. New Year's Eve is almost 12, and many people set off firecrackers outside. In addition, the lights of every household are not allowed to be interrupted. New Year's Eve is really lively! The first day of the first month is not as lively as New Year's Eve, but it is particularly deserted. The residue left last night has not been cleaned up. This morning, the whole family sat together to eat jiaozi, with money in the jiaozi. Whoever eats the most will be the happiest in this new year. The next day is "going back to my parents' home" to pay a New Year call to my grandparents. The Lantern Festival is here, and the Spring Festival is busy again. On the fifteenth day of the first month, lanterns are hung everywhere. In the evening, every family will eat Yuanxiao again, which means that the whole family is round and harmonious. There is also a beautiful fireworks show in the square! The fifteenth day of the first month is really a good day.
In a blink of an eye, the Spring Festival has ended beautifully. Students are going to school again, and adults are going to do their own things again. But everyone is still immersed in this lively atmosphere and will never forget this beautiful day.
