The origin of the street name of Ziyang street
1994 1.4, Linhai was approved by the State Council as a national historical and cultural city. People of insight will conduct a detailed and comprehensive investigation and study on the history of Jiefang Street, and put forward suggestions to the Municipal People's Government and the basis and reasons for renaming the street. The municipal government named Ziyang Street 1998. Ziyang Street was renamed to commemorate Zhang Boduan, the ancestor of Nanzong. His name is Ziyang. Born in the eighth year of Taiping Xingguo in the Northern Song Dynasty (983), he died in the fifth year of Yuanfeng (1082). He is 99 years old and lives in Guanying Bamboo Lane, Linhai City. Zhang Boduan's "Wu Zhen Pian" advocates the theory of the integration of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and three religions, with the inner alchemy of Taoism as the core, which is in the same strain as Wei Boyang's "Avatar Qi". Especially in his later years, he went through hardships with extraordinary perseverance, explored the secret of prolonging life, and devoted all his life energy to human health and survival. From 1969 to 1971, The Journey to the West also told the story of Ziyang saving Zhu Ziguo's Golden Saint Queen. It is said that there is a monster king Sai Tai-sui in Qilin Mountain. He learned that the Golden Maiden Queen of Zhu Ziguo was "beautiful and charming" and took her into the abode of fairies and immortals by witchcraft as his wife. In order not to humiliate the queen, Ziyang real person Zhang Boduan visited Qilin Mountain and presented an "old brown dress" as a "colorful fairy dress" to the king. As a "new makeup", the lich king was very happy and gave it to the queen. When the queen wears this dress, the demon king can't get close to her, and her whole body hurts like a "stinger", so the queen is still safe in the demon cave. Ziyang's reputation has greatly increased, and its position in the history of Taoism in China is extremely high. He is an outstanding figure. Today, it is widely circulated among the people, and the street name of Ziyang Street comes from it.
