1, "A Thousand Miles to Send Jingniang"

It is said that when Zhao Kuangyin was young, he wandered around the world because he offended the imperial court. He once passed Huashan and rescued Zhao Jingniang, a wicked woman, from a group of robbers. Zhao Kuangyin and Zhao Jingniang became brothers and sisters and escorted Zhao Jingniang thousands of miles home alone.

Along the way, Zhao Kuangyin was considerate and meticulous to Jing Niang. Passing by the gate of Wu 'an, Zhao Jingniang got up in the morning, went to dress up and confessed to him. Zhao Kuangyin was full of ambition and politely refused.

Zhao Jingniang threw herself into the lake, and Zhao Kuangyin threw herself into the army with remorse. After he acceded to the throne, Zhao Jingniang was made a real lady.

2. The shadow of candles and the sound of axes

In the ninth year of Song Kaibao (AD 976), he was seriously ill at midnight in October. The king of Jin was invited to discuss this matter, and no one around him knew about it. During the dinner, the shadow of the candle in the palace was seen shaking, as if Zhao Guangyi had left his seat and retreated. After a while, he heard the sound of an axe poking something.

That night, Mao died, and the Queen of Song sent for Zhao, the king of Qin. But at this moment, Wang Jien suddenly shouted: "The King of Jin is coming!"

Queen Song looked at Zhao Guangyi in surprise! Qi Guangyi: "My mother and son are in the hands of the government." Zhao Guangyi cried and replied: "* * * Keep your wealth, don't worry!" At the end of Jin Dynasty, Wang Guangyi succeeded to the throne, known as Taizong in history, and changed to Taiping and rejuvenating the country.

3. Bao Gong Wrestled the Inkstone

Bao Zheng was promoted to Cheng of Dali Temple and Zhiduanzhou (now Zhaoqing, Guangdong). At that time, Duanzhou's special product, Duanyan, was the most precious and fashionable elegant utensil in the Song Dynasty, and local people paid tribute to the imperial court every year.

All the officials who are the "top leaders" here collect dozens of times the amount stipulated in the "tribute inkstone" to bribe the court dignitaries. The so-called "management" of the relationship between the central authorities has increased the burden on the people.

As soon as Bao Zheng, a personality official, took office, he broke the unspoken rules that had been running for many years and ordered that Guangdong ink films could only be produced in a specified quantity, and state and county officials were not allowed to overweight privately, otherwise hell to pay would be offended. He also declared that as the "number one scholar", he never wanted a Guangdong inkstone.

This move caused an uproar in the local area. Three years later, Bao Zheng's term of office expired and he was transferred to the Central Committee. Indeed, it was "gone forever".

It is said that after Uncle Kou's death, Leizhou people escorted Uncle Kou Lingshu north to a ferry in Leizhou. Suddenly there was a strong wind and a heavy rain, so everyone could not go north and had to stop. In order to prevent the coffin from being washed away by the rain, everyone inserted dead bamboo in front of the coffin.

The next day, after the rain cleared, the bamboo that protected the coffin actually sprouted. In order to mourn this sage, later generations named this ferry "Kouzhudu", which still exists today.

5. Broken Porridge Painting

Fan Zhongyan lost his father when he was young. At the age of four, he moved to Changshan with his stepfather and studied hard at Liquan Temple. Because my family is poor, I cook porridge with two liters of millet. After the porridge solidified overnight, I cut it into four pieces with a knife, two in the morning and two in the evening, and then cut some pickles to accompany the meal.

Fan Zhongyan never complains about the sufferings that ordinary people can't stand. After studying hard, Fan Zhongyan finally became a scholar and official in the eighth year of Xiangfu in Dazhong (10 15).
