The first edition was published on pages 1895, 1 17. More than half of the atlases are in Europe. The second edition was published in 192 1, and it was called The Times World Survey Atlas. There are 1 12 double faces, of which 1/3 are European.
From 1955 to 1959, there are five volumes in the third edition, also known as the mid-century edition, with a total of 122 editions, each with a place name index. 1967, published in the fourth edition, changed to fascicles, called comprehensive edition.
The fourth edition was revised and published many times, and the seventh edition was published in 1985. Atlas format is 45cm * 30cm, with 123 maps with double-sided pages. The front part is the general map of the world, including eight thematic maps of world minerals, energy, food, climate, climate and food production potential, vegetation, human and political regions, and the back part is the general geographical map of all regions and countries in the world.
