2. Click the Get External Data button, enter the item to be imported in the new WEB query dialog box that pops up, and click the Go button to open it;

3、? In the new WEB query dialog box that opens, click the yellow and nod to the right to select the data to import;

4、? After the data selection changes to, the arrow changes to a small green tick. Click the Import button to complete the data import.

5、? After the data import is completed, you need to set the data refresh frequency. Right-click any cell and select Data Region Properties from the menu;

6、? Change the refresh control in the pop-up menu of data range properties, change the default 60 minutes to 1 minute, and then save and exit.
