Hainan Xinglong is a small place with a small population. Young people who go out to work will be called "ghost towns" because of the high housing prices in Xinglong.

Xinglong County, which belongs to Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Hebei Province, the southernmost part of Chengde, the east of Yanshan Mountains and the north side of the ancient Great Wall. History.

In March of the Republic of China 19 (1930), the Zunhua county government applied to the Civil Affairs Department of Hebei Province for the establishment of Xinglong county on the grounds that Xinglong was beyond its reach. In August of that year, the Hebei provincial government approved the establishment of Xinglong County. 1July, 993, the administrative office of Chengde region was revoked and merged into the city. Xinglong belongs to Chengde City.

Xinglong county has high terrain in the northwest and low terrain in the southeast, with rolling mountains and ravines. Mainly in hilly areas, it forms a tower-shaped terrain inclined from northwest to southeast, which is a typical deep mountain area with nine mountains, half water and half fields.

Beijing-Chengde Railway runs through Xinglong from west to north, and Chengdu-Tangshan Expressway runs through the whole territory from north to south. Zhang Tang Railway and Jinxing Highway have been opened to traffic, and the projects of Jingwu Passenger Dedicated Line and Chengping Expressway are being actively promoted. There are also trunk highways such as Jingcheng, Jincheng and Xingtang in China.
