History of party construction
The birth of China * * Production Party is the objective need of China's revolutionary development and the product of the combination of Marxism and China's workers' movement. 1840 After the Opium War, the forces of international capitalism and imperialism invaded China, and the social structure of China gradually evolved from a feudal society to a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society. From the Opium War to the May 4th Movement, the people of China fought bravely and unyieldingly against imperialism and feudal rule, mainly the peasant war of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and the Revolution of 1911 led by the bourgeoisie, but they all failed one after another. History has proved that neither the peasant class nor the national bourgeoisie in China can lead the democratic revolution to victory because of their historical and class limitations. With the invasion of imperialism and the development of modern industry, the proletariat came into being in China, and it is constantly growing. By 19 19, the number of industrial workers has increased to about 2 million. The emergence and development of the proletariat laid a class foundation for the establishment of China's * * * production party. 19 17 The victory of the Russian October Revolution brought Marxism–Leninism to China, and made the advanced elements in China find the truth of saving the country and the people. The wide spread of Marxism–Leninism in China laid the ideological foundation for the establishment of the China * * * Production Party. 19 19 The May 4th Movement, which broke out, promoted the combination of Marxism and the workers' movement in China, and made ideological and cadre preparations for the establishment of the * * * production party in China. 1920 At the beginning of this year, Li Dazhao and Chen Duxiu began to explore the idea of building a party. In April, Russian Siberian Bureau sent Vikinsky and his party to China to learn about the situation in China, and to investigate whether it is possible to set up an international East Asia secretariat in Shanghai. They first met Li Dazhao in Beijing, and then Li Dazhao introduced them to Shanghai to meet Chen Duxiu, and * * * discussed the party building with them, which contributed to the establishment of the China * * * production party. Since May, Chen Duxiu has repeatedly invited Li, Li Da, Yu Xiusong and others to discuss the issue of party building. In August, Chen Duxiu established the China * * * production party creation group in Shanghai. On June+10, 5438, Li Dazhao established the * * * production team in Beijing. Then, early party organizations were established in Hunan, Hubei, Shandong, Guangdong and other places. At the same time, in France and Japan, advanced elements among overseas students also formed early party organizations. At that time, these organizations were called by different names, some called * * * production party, and some called * * * production party group or branch. Because of the same nature, it was later collectively referred to as * * * production group. After the establishment of local factional groups, various revolutionary activities were carried out. In order to widely spread Marxism-Leninism thought of party building and make it unified, 1 In September, 920, the Shanghai Enlightenment Group changed the magazine "New Youth" (starting from Volume 8No.1) into a public publication of the party; In June of the same year, 5438+065438+ 10, the monthly * * * production party was founded and secretly distributed in major cities in China. This is the first production party magazine in the history of China. New Youth Publishing House has also translated and published Marxist-Leninist classics such as Manifesto of the Production Party, the State and the Revolution and various popular books promoting Marxism. Factional organizations in various places have also run some publications for workers, such as Shanghai's Labor World, Beijing's Voice of Labor, Workers' Monthly, Jinan's Labor Monthly, and Guangzhou's Laborer. To inspire the class consciousness of workers. On this basis, local * * * production teams actively went deep into the workers' masses, set up night schools for workers and established trade union organizations. Socialist youth leagues have also been established in various places and a number of league members have been developed. The Youth League has become a powerful assistant and reserve force of the Party. 192 1 March, with the advice and support of Russian Far East Bureau and * * * Production International, representatives of various * * * production groups were held, the party's purpose and principles were declared, the provisional program was formulated, the party's working organization and work plan were established, and the support of the party organizations for socialist youth leagues, trade unions, guilds and guilds was demonstrated. This meeting made necessary preparations for the founding of the Party. Shortly after Wei returned to China, in June of 192 1, * * International sent Ma Lin to Shanghai. They suggested that a national congress of the Party be held to formally establish the China Producers' Party. Under the auspices of Li Da, the sponsor group of Shanghai Party made preparations for the national congress and sent a letter to local party organizations asking them to send two representatives to attend the congress. Representatives from Beijing, Hankou, Guangzhou, Changsha, Jinan and Japan all arrived in Shanghai on July 23rd. On July 23rd,1921-31,the first national congress of China * * * production party was held in Shanghai. The congress adopted the first program and resolution of China * * * Production Party. The program stipulates that the name of the party is "Chinese producer"; The nature of the party is a proletarian party; The party's goal is to overthrow the bourgeoisie, abolish capital ownership, establish proletarian dictatorship and realize socialist capitalism; The basic task of the party is to engage in various activities of the workers' movement and strengthen the research and leadership of trade unions and workers' movements. The Congress elected the Central Committee, the leading body of the Party, with Chen Duxiu as the secretary, Zhang as the organizer and Li Da as the propagandist. The first congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) announced the formal establishment of China Producers' Party. Since then, a brand-new working-class political party with materialism as its goal and Marxism-Leninism as its guidance has been born in China. The establishment of the China * * * Production Party has brought light and hope to the people of China who were deeply affected by the disaster, and pointed out the direction for the China revolution. As Mao Zedong said, the establishment of the China * * * production party is an epoch-making event. After the establishment of the China * * * Production Party, the face of the China revolution has taken on a new look. As the Party's "First Congress" was held in July, and the archives of the war years were hard to find, the specific opening date could not be verified. Therefore, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Party in June, 194 1, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China officially stipulated July 1 as the anniversary of the birth of the Party. It was not until the end of 1970s that the opening date of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China was clearly verified by party history workers. According to the newly discovered historical materials and research results, the opening date of the first congress is determined to be 192 1 year on July 23rd.
