Third-level psychological counselor (senior national vocational qualification) (one with one of the following conditions)

1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education and medicine; (Undergraduate psychology graduates have reached the required standard hours after three-level formal training of psychological counselors and obtained the certificate of completion)

2. Graduated from junior college majoring in psychology, education and medicine, and reached the required standard hours after three-level formal training of psychological counselors, and obtained a certificate of completion;
