The origin of place names:

Lu Yi was called Ku, Zhenyuan, Guyang, Yuanxian and Weizhen in ancient times. In history, three emperors changed the name of Luyi County by imperial edicts, Tang Gaozong changed the name of the county to Zhenyuan, and Lu Yi was the birthplace of Zhenyuan (Taoist thought). Empress Wu Zetian called Mother Li the congenital queen mother, and in the next imperial edict, she changed the true source to the immortal source, which means that Lao Zi is immortal and born in the immortal source.

When Song Zhenzong arrived in Lu Yi, he changed the name of the county to Weizhen to show that he defended the supremacy of Lao Zi and thought (truth) more than other dynasties. "Continued Record" said: "At the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty, the water moved eastward, and now it is true, but it is still said that the old has been abolished.
