First, Shang Jie Street and Xia Jie Street will be abolished, and the administrative area under the jurisdiction of Shang Jie Street will be merged with the three communities of Huangdi Lane, Xianxue Street and Bell Tower of Xia Jie Street and some administrative areas south of Doutan River in Beimen Community to establish Fushan Street. After adjustment, Fushan Street has jurisdiction over 8 communities, and its office is located at 68 Jiaochi Street.

Second, adjust the administrative area of Lianhua Street, and the original Shuangshuiqiao Community of Lianhua Street was merged into Shuanggang Street. Third, cancel the establishment of Garden Township, and merge the administrative areas of the original Garden Township with Quhua Street except Lu Heng, Shangting, Xiangchundi and Qiaotou to form Garden Street. After adjustment, Garden Street has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages and 4 communities, and its office location is Quhua Road Hengjie 1.

Nine, adjust the administrative area of Shishi Township. The four administrative villages of Lu Heng, Shangting, Toona sinensis and Qiaotou in the original Garden Township were included in Shishi Township. After adjustment, Shishi Township governs 18 administrative villages, and the township government is located in Shisan Village.
